Delivery Schedules
All orders are usually shipped within 1 to 2 business days.
USPS Priority deliveries will take 2-3 days from the shipping date.
UPS Ground (east) - approximately 3-4 business days
UPS Ground (central) - approximately 4-5 business days
UPS Ground (west coast) - approximately 5-7 business days
UPS Second Day orders will arrive on the following 2nd business day.
UPS Next Day shipments will ship same day if placed before 3:00PM EST and arrive on the following business day.
Shipping Schedule
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 3pm EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 2 business days pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 3PM EST will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 3PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.
Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not considered business days. For holidays add one business day to all delivery methods.
APO/FPO & P.O. Boxes
UPS requires a physical street address for delivery. All PO Box addresses and military addresses need to be shipped using USPS Priority. Delivery to military addresses can take up to 10 business days.
Currently we do not offer international shipping.
Refused Shipments
If you decide to refuse any shipments from Ohjacky.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Ohjacky.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

All UPS and USPS shipments will receive a tracking number. If you do not have one, you may email us at info@ohjacky.com
We will send you an e-mail with the tracking number, which you may use to track your order.
You may track your order date shipped and package estimated delivery at the UPS webpage.
USPS Priority tracking number will not be trackable, but
You may verify the delivery status of your delivery at USPS webpage.

| Cancellations |
Once your order has been submitted any modifications or cancellations must be made prior the order being processed and shipped. Please email info@ohjacky.com for any change requests. Your charge card account will be credited for the returned merchandise, but minus the cost of shipping and subject to a 15% restocking fee. Credit will appear on your statement in the next billing cycle.

| Out of Stock Items |
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. In most cases, these items are on order from the manufacturers. Once stock is refilled, we notify you by email and ship it to you promptly. Back-ordered products usually come into stock within one to four weeks but can occasionally take longer. If your order is not ready to ship within 30 days, we will send you an update by email. If for any reason we determine that a back-ordered item will no longer be available at all, we will notify you immediately by email, cancel the item from your order and delete the item from our catalog.
Note: We will not charge your credit card until the back-ordered item ships; therefore, no adjustment will need to be made to your credit card.

| Return Policy |
For sanitary purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Only incorrect or defective items can be returned within 30 days.
Defective item exchanges will be shipped Standard at no extra charge.
Incorrect items won't be accepted if their packaging is open or item used.
Please, obtain a tracking number from a shipping carrier when sending a return. We are not responsible for lost returns.
Credit card refunds (minus the cost of shipping and subject to a 15% restocking fee) will appear on your statement in the next billing cycle.
All returns must be pre-notified.
Prior to returning any defective or incorrect items, email us with Return/Exchange as subject. Please include:
1) order ID number
2) Name and address
3) Brief explanation for the reason of your return.
In your return package please include:
1) The packing slip
2) Print and fill out Exchange/Returns form.
