Pasta Salad (Tomatoes, Sweet Peas, Carrots)

Here is one of my favorite Pasta Salads. You are welcome to use your choice of Pasta.


Penne Pasta (need to be cooked)

Hand full cherry tomatoes

1-2 Table Spoons of Mayo

1 Can of Sweet Peas

2 Carrots (need to be cooked)

McCormick Salad Supreme, to taste

Salt and pepper, to taste



Cook the pasta first, after the pasta is cooked drain it and wait till it’s cooled off. (This way when you add the mayo it won’t melt).

Peel the carrots and cut it in small pieces. In a small pot add about half a cup of water and a pinch of salt. Cook the carrots until soft (about 10-15min.) Drain the water.

In to a larger bowl add the cooled off pasta, cooled off carrots, peas, cherry tomatoes, mayo, salt, pepper and Mccormick Salad Supreme. Mix it all well, and your salad is ready.

Keep it refrigerated for up to 48 hours.
